Burkina Faso is a very unique country that has a lot to offer for those who visit. My mission with this website is to connect fellow English speakers with services and interesting areas to visit in this country. I also hope in time it will become a place to make connections and friends in Burkina for my fellow English speakers.

Building a website isn't instant. It will take time for me to create the content and share what I know, as well as to attract like minded people together. I will be adding a forum so others can share their knowledge and as a place to connect with each other. So please be patient, more is on the way.

I will share my favorite areas in Burkina, and hope to make a list of available services in Burkina. I found very little useful information about this country before coming, at least for the English speaker. While most people that visit Burkina probably speak at least some French I don't, so my perspective may be very different.

Through a lot of trial and error I have found most things you would need to live comfortably inside Burkina. This is a bigger challenge than you would think. With no big one stop shops like Walmart it is often very challenging to find many items an American would take for granted. While there are small shops everywhere most carry the same things without a lot of variety.

There are a lot of practices in Burkina that are very different from the US. The climate here also presents it's own challenges. I will be touching on all these points in time.
